The Challenge
UnoElo, a platform connecting freelancers with projects, needed a redesign to improve the user experience. The existing platform struggled with information overload and lacked a user-friendly interface. The goal was to streamline the project browsing and application process while preserving UnoElo’s brand identity and core functionalities.
My Approach
User Research: Conducted user interviews with both freelancers and project owners to understand their pain points and needs.
Information Architecture: Redesigned the information architecture to prioritize relevant details and improve project discoverability.
Visual Design: Developed a clean and intuitive user interface that reflected UnoElo’s brand essence.
User Flow Optimization: Streamlined the project application process, making it faster and more efficient for freelancers.
Conclusions
